I’m just wondering with keeping the group small, if you do the call out and say 20 or 30 people respond, how do you vett? Was it first come first served, or a process to find seriousness, or maybe more experienced illustrators preferences?

The one minute timing and five different members talking about each of the fifteen members work sounds tricky to manage. Are the five people who speak volunteers or are they assigned to their person?
